WHAT IS TSHOW PHOTO?
TSHOW PHOTO is an international juried photography exhibition presented by Tyler Art Lift, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and hosted at Gallery Main Street in downtown Tyler, Texas. Established in 2026 as part of the evolving Tyler Art Show (TSHOW) series, the exhibition continues the legacy of the Arcadia Art Show (AASH), founded in 2017. TSHOW PHOTO showcases outstanding photographic work from emerging and established artists around the world while fostering contemporary artistic dialogue and cultural engagement in Texas.

Cost?
It costs $45 to submit 1 artwork. Extra submission is $5. You can submit up to 20 pieces.
What kind of art Photography?
The exhibition welcomes digital and film photography from emerging and established artists worldwide. All accepted works must arrive ready to hang for gallery presentation.
Sales?
Artwork may be for sale. You will agree to a 30% commission going to support TSHOW.

TSHOW PHOTO.1 is juried this year by internationally acclaimed photographer Kristine Madjare, whose work bridges fine art, fashion, and documentary photography through a deeply human and contemporary perspective.
TSHOW PHOTO.1 JUROR
Kristine Madjare (b. 1987) combines the vision of a fine art photographer with an established professional practice in fashion and portrait photography, a field in which she has worked since 2012. She studied photography at Pallas University of Applied Sciences in Estonia and at Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Germany, and has also participated in several International Summer School of Photography (ISSP) masterclasses in Latvia.
Her fashion series and photographic projects have been published internationally in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Financial Times, The Kunst, Badlon Magazine, Behind The Blind, Duel, Veto Magazine, and Pastaiga.
In her personal work, Madjare focuses on introverted communities and complex human stories, exploring themes of vulnerability, identity, and emotional presence. Her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions in Latvia and internationally, including the solo exhibitions Inland at the Latvian Museum of Photography (2016) and Retreat at the TIFF Festival in Wrocław (2018). Additional projects and exhibitions include As She Sees It at Pallas Gallery in Tartu (2021), the documentary project Atstatvums (2020), and the group exhibition Rehearsal (2022).
Madjare is currently developing a new photographic project titled Young Beauty, exploring the early experiences of young models entering the fashion industry. The series examines fragility, awkwardness, and tenderness as its subjects encounter the camera for the first time.
